Our culture is changing almost daily in our world. This creates a lot of confusion as to where the believer and the church fit into this changing culture. How do we maintain our Christian identity in such a world that requires us to compromise our most cherished beliefs? This book offers an old solution that has stood the test of time, but has eluded many present-day believers.
The original message of Jesus is no longer considered relevant in our culture by many today. This book challenges that idea by making Jesus’ message about the kingdom of heaven not only relevant, but also necessary. It is time that we listen again to the underlying message of the greatest prophet and teacher who has ever lived and not only make his teaching relevant, but the teacher as well.

About The Book

This book deals with the problem that has crept into many churches through their development. Somewhere along the line they have lost site of their true purpose, which was and still is to preach the Kingdom of Heaven (God). Unfortunately, their message has become one of perpetuating the church itself over the Kingdom. The Kingdom message is not optional. We must speak up now and let the churches know that the Kingdom message takes precedence. The church is not the purpose of Jesus’ message or the reason for his sacrifice. His purpose was to establish a Kingdom ruled by God, not a church ruled by bishops and other such political leaders

We need a church, but only as a means to preach the Kingdom and certainly not as a substitution for it. Somewhere and somehow the survival of the church became the message of Christendom. The church definitely has a role to play in God’s plan, but it certainly is not to take the place of his kingdom. Too many today simply don’t understand the difference. This book was written to remind us all what Jesus was all about and how we can once again get on track. I hope you enjoy the book and if you have any questions, I hope you will air them on this blog.
